Terms of use

Access is by admin invitation only. Accounts are for the named individual — do not share your login. If you register without an invitation your account stays pending with no access until an admin approves it.

• Keep your details accurate and submit your timesheets honestly and promptly.
• Do not enter any resident information, medical details, or other people’s personal data.
• Do not attempt to access other users’ data or interfere with the service.
• Availability you submit is a planning aid, not a guarantee of shifts or an agreement to work.

Shifts shown in the app are a plan and subject to change. You record the hours you actually worked by submitting a timesheet. Paid hours are calculated from your timesheet times (adjusted for UK daylight-saving) minus any unpaid break. Only timesheets an admin has approved are used for pay and invoicing. The app is a planning tool; it is not itself a payslip.

We may record whether a rostered shift was worked or marked as not worked (with the reason you give) to help plan fairly. Please give as much notice as you can when you cannot work.

We may suspend or remove access if these terms are broken or when you stop working with us. You can ask us to close your account at any time. How we handle your data is set out in the privacy notice.

We work to keep the app available and accurate but provide it “as is”. We are not liable for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Always follow your manager’s instructions if something in the app looks wrong.
